Email Safety & Fraud Awareness

Horizan will only ever contact you from our official domain. If an email claims to be from us but comes from anywhere else, it is not us.

Our official email address

Every legitimate Horizan email — quotes, project updates, invoices, general enquiries — is sent from a single verified domain:

Any email from any other address, domain, or free email service (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) is not from Horizan.

How to spot a fake email

  • The sender's address does not end in @horizan-roofing.com.au
  • You are asked to pay a deposit or invoice to a new, different bank account
  • You are pressured to act urgently or transfer money quickly
  • Links in the email lead to unfamiliar websites or login pages
  • The email contains spelling mistakes, odd formatting, or a generic greeting like "Dear Customer"

If you receive a suspicious email

  1. Do not reply to the email or click any links inside it.
  2. Do not send money, bank details, or personal information.
  3. If you have already paid, contact your bank immediately.
  4. Call us directly on 0406 806 100 to verify the communication.
  5. Forward the suspicious email to info@horizan-roofing.com.au so we can report it.
When in doubt, call us: 0406 806 100
